Restaurants Allowed to Open on Both Sides of the Street in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Based on the directions from the government, it is hereby clarified that restaurants and other hospitality services are allowed to function from Monday to Friday on both sides of any street.

However, the establishments will be open only during non-curfew hours in the Kamrup (M) District on a take-away basis including online home delivery of cooked food.

Earlier on July 20, the Assam government had decided to implement the "Unlock 1" with a series of relaxations and guidelines in which curfew was imposed in Guwahati from 6 PM to 6 AM.
