Kedia, IPS  now on Central deputation as Director, LWE, MHA, New Delhi is promoted to the rank of Inspector General of Police   Satyen Gogoi, IPS  Joint Commissioner of Police, Guwahati is promoted to the rank of Inspector General of Police he is transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police (SFS), Assam, Guwahati against existing vacancy with effect from date of taking over charge and until further orders. He will continue to hold the charge of Joint Commissioner of Police additionally until further orders.  Pradip Saloi, IPS , Deputy Inspector General of Police (Administration), Assam is promoted to the rank of Inspector General of Police  Subrajyoti Hazarika, IPS  Deputy Inspector General of Police (WR), Bongaigaon, Assam is promoted to the rank of Inspector General of Police  he is transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police (Security), Assam, Guwahati against existing vacancy with effect from date of taking over charge and until further orders. He will also continue to look after the works of Deputy Inspector General of Police (WR) as In-Charge additionally.   Prateek Vijay Kumar, IPS  SDPO, Maibong, Dina Hasao is promoted posted as Addl.
