Bhagwant Mann said, “The current Chief Minister of Assam had earlier served as the Minister of Education and Health under the Congress government. During that tenure, he could have changed the education and health sectors of the state a lot if he wished. But he didn't. Now Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma's government has closed 8,000 government schools in the state.”

AAP leader also said, "Schools in government schools in the state have been closed on the pretext of not having students. On the other hand, the wife of the Chief Minister of Assam has started a business by setting up a private school. Government schools will be closed in the state where the chief minister's wife sets up private schools.”

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann also criticised CM Himanta Biswa Sarma while mentioning government schools and mohalla clinics in Delhi and Punjab. He said, "When Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took over in Delhi and when Bhagwant Mann formed the government in Punjab, the condition of government schools and hospitals in those two states was also the same as in Assam. But the AAP government has changed that.”

On the other hand, on the issue of increasing the wages of tea workers of Assam, the Punjab Chief Minister assured that if aap gets power by winning the elections, it will increase the wages of tea workers of Assam to ₹450. It also guarantees the grant of land pattas to the tea garden people.”

Speaking at the rally, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann also spoke out against the anti-people policies of the NDA government led by BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. "He is trying to wipe out the Aam Aadmi Party by arresting Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. But little do they know that Arvind Kejriwal is a role model, an ideology. He cannot be finished. One Kejriwal has been arrested. Countless Kejriwals have come out in different parts of the country.” He also took a dig at the Central government against the BJP's false promises before the elections.”

Mann is also vocal about black money stashed in foreign banks. He alleged that Prime Minister Modi's false promise of bringing back black money from foreign banks and giving ₹15 lakh to every Indian's account is "Jumla".

Thus, the top AAP leader came out in criticism against the central government.

At the rally, Aap's Dibrugarh Lok Sabha constituency candidate Manoj Dhanwar also asked to keep the promise made by Mann to the people.

In the presence of AAP national spokesperson Jasmin Shah, candidate Manoj Dhanwar, Aam Aadmi Party's North East Caretaker Rajesh Sharma, state president Bhaben Chaudhary, spokesperson Gurpreet Singh Uppal and Anurupa Dekarja and Mamun Imdadul Haque Chowdhury also spoke at the rally.
