GUWAHATI: The founding member and lead guitarist of acclaimed band Parikrama, Sonam Sherpa died in Kurseong at the age of 48.
According to reports, the musician, who was in Kurseong suffered a massive cardiac arrest.
Sherpa, who born on October 8, 1971, in Kalimpong in West Bengal, was a renowned musician and composer.

It is to be mentioned that Sonam Sherpa was also featured in the 'Top 10 Guitarist of India' list by the Rolling Stones magazine.
