GUWAHATI: Nalbari Police apprehended a woman at Nalbari Railway Station on Sunday, April 6. The woman is identified as Jasmin Sultana.

A search was conducted which led to the seizure of 28 packets containing a total of 28.458 kilogram of suspected cannabis (ganja).
The accused is currently in custody, and legal proceedings have been initiated.
In a separate operation, a police team from Goalpara, led by the Officer-in-Charge of Dhupdhara Police Station, apprehended an individual at Dhontola Part-I, under the jurisdiction of Dhupdhara Police Station. A search of the suspect’s house led to the recovery of 30 gram of suspected heroin and ₹23,580 in cash.
