GUWAHATI: A person has been apprehended for attempting to steal groceries in Guwahati’s Ulubari area on Monday, February 24.

The theft attempt occurred at Smart Bazar in Ulubari where the individual Tapan Das (30) of Kahilipara allegedly tried to make a run for it with the haul. Authorities from the Paltan Bazar police station apprehended Das and took him into custody.
Further legal proceedings have been initiated against him.
