Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) in association with National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has developed a landscape garden at the Khanapara circle. The garden was inaugurated on 13th Feb by Satyamrit (Mridu) Kagti, Chairperson - Shishu Sarothi and Arman Ali, Director - Shishu Sarothi.
The landscape garden is a part of NRL's CSR initiative towards beautification of the city.
Under the same initiative, NRL and NHAI will also develop another two roundabouts on NH-37 in Nagaon District.
