Noted engineer of Guwahati, Mukul Mahanta passes away after prolonged illness. Mahanta was 81 when he breathed his last.
He was the Chief Member of People’s Consultive Group (PCG) formed by ULFA in the year 2005. He took part in several initiatives to resolve ULFA related issues.
He served as an engineer for many years in foreign countries, and passed away on Wednesday at his residence at Mathgharia.
