NF Railway To Extend Services Of Special Train Between Agartala And Secunderabad

GUWAHATI: The Northeast Frontier (NF) Railway has decided to extend the service of the weekly Agartala - Secunderabad - Agartala Special train from April 4 to July 1, 2022, to clear the summer rush of passengers.

Train No. 07030 (Secunderabad-Agartala Special) will depart from Secunderabad at 16:35 hours on all Mondays from April 4 to June 27, 2022. 

The special train will extend its services for a total of 13 trips and will run via Guntur, Vijayawada, Vishakapatnam, Khurda Road, Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack, Kharagpur Jn., Malda Town, New Jalpaiguri Jn., New Bongaigaon Jn. (via Goalpara Town), Guwahati, Badarpur Jn., New Karimganj and Dharmanagar railway stations reaching Agartala at round 03:00 hours every Thursdays.

Train No. 07029 (Agartala – Secunderabad Special) will start its journey from Agartala railway station at 06:10 hours every Friday from April 8 till July 1, 2022. 

The special train will cover a total of 13 trips from Agartala and will run via similar routes in reverse order to reach its destination at Secunderabad railway station at 16:15 hours every Sunday.

The Agartala – Secunderabad - Agartala special train will consist of 20 coaches. There will be 2 luggage cum guard van, 2 general second class coaches, 10 sleeper coaches, 05 AC three-tier coaches and 01 AC two-tier coach.
