GUWAHATI: In view of public safety, the Nalbari District Administration has imposed restrictions on travel between Kamruo (Metro) and Nalbari, as a large number of COVID-19 positive cases have been detected in the District of Kamrup (Metro) leading to a “Total Lockdown”.

Citizens will not be able to travel from Nalbari to Kamrup (Metro) and vice versa in the interest of maintenance of public health, hygiene and safety of general public, unless authorised.
Any unauthorized movement between the two districts would call for necessary action and the order stands effective immediately until further notice.
