Naamghar to be built in Bengaluru

With the idea to promote the ideology of Srimanta Shankardev and the culture of Assam across the nation, Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Sunday had an interactive session with the Bengaluru based Assamese society, during an event organised by Sreemanta Sankardeva Cultural Society. The State Government has also confirmed the sanction Rs. 50 lakh during the event for building a Naamghar in Bengaluru.   Sonowal also urged the Assamese people of Bengaluru to work as ambassadors for Assam and channelize their wisdom and skills for the advancement of Assam.   Stay updated on the go with GPlus News.
