Mobile Phone Theft Reported In Guwahati's Rajgarh

 

GUWAHATI: A phone theft was reported in Guwahati's Rajgarh area on the evening of August 27.

The incident occurred at approximately 8:30 PM at House No. 10, Bylane 7, where an unidentified individual allegedly stole a mobile phone.

The theft was apparently captured on CCTV footage from the premises. The phone belongs to Thonowjam Albert, who resides in a rented accommodation owned by one Dilip Sen.

A complaint regarding the theft was lodged at Chandmari Police Station on August 28. Talking to GPlus, the Chandmari police have confirmed that an investigation is currently underway. 

The owner of the phone, Albert, has announced a reward of ₹10,000 for anyone who can provide information leading to the identification of the perpetrator.
