The objective of the convention, according to a member of the organising committee, is to strengthen the bonds among various Manipuri communities residing in the Barak Valley.
The event, titled "Manipuri Unity Convention," underscores the importance of unity and solidarity among Manipuris living in different regions.
The All Assam Manipuri Youths' Association has played a significant role in bringing together Manipuri communities, and transcending geographical boundaries.
