Acting on a specific tip off on Monday evening, Guwahati City Crime Branch Team, under Commissioner of Police Hiren Chandra Nath, arrested four international drug peddlers operating in North East India.
The Crime branch seized around 700 gms of, the market value of which would approximately be around 50 lakh INR. Under the leadership of DCP Crime Branch, Luis Aind & ADCP Rossie Kalita, further investigation is underway and are hopeful about nabbing more people involved in this international crime racket.
