GUWAHATI: The All India Football Federation (AIFF) recently announced its 23-member squad for the AFC U20 Asian Cup Qualifiers. India’s U20 team, known as the Blue Colts, is placed in Group G and will compete in Laos from September 25 to 29, 2024.

India will compete against Iran, Mongolia and host Laos in the AFC U20 Asian Cup Qualifiers.
Under the guidance of coach Ranjan Chaudhuri, the squad will start their match against Mongolia on September 25 at the New Laos National Stadium in Vientiane.
The Qualifier, scheduled from September 21 to 29, will determine the teams advancing to the 2025 U-20 AFC Asian Cup. Teams are divided into ten groups, with each group playing its qualification matches in a selected host country. The top ten group winners and five best runners-up will advance to the finals.

Goalkeepers: Divyaj Dhaval Thakkar, Sahil, Priyansh Dubey.
Defenders: Pramveer, L Hemba Meetei, Ngangbam Surajkumar Singh, Malemngamba Singh Thokchom, Dhanajit Ashangbam, Manabir Basumatary, Thomas Cherian, Sonam Tsewang Lhokham.
Midfielders: Manjot Singh Dhami, Vanlalpeka Guite, Akash Tirkey, Ebindas Yesudasan, Ishaan Shishodia, Manglenthang Kipgen.
Forwards: Kelvin Singh Taorem, Korou Singh Thingujam, Monirul Molla, Thanglalsoun Gangte, Naoba Meitei Pangambam, Gwgwmsar Goyary.
