GUWAHATI: Even as the nation continues to rage over the alleged suicide of bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Seema Samridhi, lawyer of Nirbhaya, has requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to hand over the case to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Taking to Twitter, the lawyer wrote, "All of us have the right to know the truth behind Sushant's death. However, the Mumbai police have failed to uncover the truth even after one month of his death. I request you to handover the case of our beloved hero to CBI."

Samridhi has tagged Narendra Modi, the PMO, and Home minister Amit Shah in her tweet.
Although the death of the actor has been said to be suicide, many have raised eyebrows over the claim. Mumbai police has been investigating the case till date and many close friends and colleagues of the decreased actor have been questioned.
