Guwahati to witness North East Style Awards

 The North East Style Magazine will have its first season of North Style Awards at Shilpgram, Guwahati on 26th February, 2017. The show will have the categories of awards in Fashion, Fine Arts and Visual Arts. On being asked about the North East Style Awards, the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of North East Style, Dibyarup Purkayastha said, “I always felt that Northeast is the fashion hub of the country. The kind of passion people have about fashion here, you seldom see anywhere else.  People here are not afraid to experiment with colours and designs and that shows in their work. Our intention is only to honour them for the work they have been doing throughout the years.  ”  North East Style is a quarterly magazine founded by Dibyarup Purkayastha and was launched in May 2015 by Senorita Miss India International 2016, Rewati Chetri.
