GUWAHATI: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma was recently spotted indulging in a plate of Phuchkas at Delhi's renowned Bengali Market with newly elected Minister of State, Pabitra Margherita.

In a light-hearted banter, Sarma took to social media platform X, where he playfully claimed that Guwahati's Phuchkas are superior to Delhi's Golgappas.
