GUWAHATI: With the water level of Brahmaputra reducing, the Guwahati-North Guwahati ferry service has resumed from August 3.
A statement issued by the Inland Water Transport department (IWT) said that only passengers will be able to travel in the ferry with proper social distancing and masks.

The ferry services from Guwahati to North Guwahati remained suspended from June 22 due to the rising water level in the Brahmaputra.
