GUWAHATI: A female student hailing from Tura in Meghalaya was allegedly assaulted by a group of people in Guwahati’s Rukminigaon area on Sunday, November 10.
According to a report by the Assam Tribune, the victim was staying in her rented accommodation when a group of four people including two women, brutally assaulted her up.
The girl had lodged a complaint at the Dispur police station and more details are awaited.
