GUWAHATI: A Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS) leader was arrested by Dispur police after he was found urinating in front of a woman at a public place in Guwahati on June 10.
The accused, identified as Matin Choudhury, even assaulted the police and the locals who wanted to prevent him from doing the act.
Matin Choudhury was arrested on the basis of an FIR that was lodged against him at the Dispur police station.
