GUWAHATI: Legendary rock band Guns N’ Roses announced on Tuesday, March 11, that they will return to India after 12 years for a live concert at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse in Mumbai. The event will take place on May 17.

“We’re coming to India!” The American hard rock band posted on X. “This is going to be special.”
Fronted by Axl Rose, the band is known for hits like November Rain, Sweet Child O’ Mine, and Welcome to the Jungle. They last performed in India in 2012.
The Guns N’ Roses 2025 India Tour is being produced and promoted by BookMyShow Live. According to the organisers, pre-sale of tickets will begin on March 17 at 12 PM, followed by general sales on March 19 at 4 PM.
The announcement follows another major rock event that took place in the country, as Green Day recently performed in India for the first time at the Lollapalooza India 2025 in Mumbai.
