GUWAHATI: At least 15 wagons of a goods train were derailed near Chandrapur, Panbari area on Saturday morning.
According to sources at Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), the goods train was travelling from Lumding to Guwahati.

The incident has reportedly disrupted rail communication between Upper Assam and Barak Valley, besides neighbouring states, Manipur and Tripura, with rest of the country, resulting in all passenger trains to halt at various stations.
