To make the process convenient, GMC has come up with several options - including multiple payment options, including online services, office visits, and doorstep facilities.

1. Online Payments: Citizens can visit www.gmcpropertytax.com for a secure and hassle-free payment experience.
2. Revenue Zone Offices: Those needing assistance or clarification can pay their tax at their nearest revenue zone office.
3. Doorstep Service: Availing GMC’s mPOS machines or engaging with authorised Pouro Sakhis to pay the property tax right from the comfort of home.
Property owners can also reassess their tax by applying for self-assessment online via www.gmcpropertytax.com.
To generate a GMC holding number, one need to follow these steps:
• Visit www.gmcpropertytax.com
• Click on ‘Generate Holding Number’
• Complete the Self-Assessment Form
• Submit your details
For further clarification, citizens can also visit their nearest Common Service Centre or Sewa Kendra.
