GUWAHATI: An accident was reported in the Pan Bazar area on December 28 where a four-wheeler crashed into the footpath, opposite to India Club.
The incident took place at around 2:30 AM.
The driver of the vehicle sustained minor injuries and managed to seek medical attention. No other casualties were reported at the scene.
Speaking to GPlus, a traffic official from Panbazar Police Station said, "It was an accident. Fortunately no one was present at the scene during the accident. The vehicle is in our custody right now and we have asked the owner to be present for further formalities."
