GUWAHATI: A team from Basistha Police Station has recently arrested four individuals who are allegedly part of a snatching gang.

The arrested suspects are Nitul Boro (23) from Bhergaon, Surajit Boro alias Pinku (30) from Beharbari, Surya Kumar Sarmah alias Chintu (24) from Kamalpur, and Papu Prashad (19) from Beharbari.
During the operation, police recovered a stolen mobile phone, a sharp knife, and a scooty from the gang.
Legal proceedings have been initiated against the suspects, and investigations are ongoing to identify further links to criminal activities.
