GUWAHATI: A devastating fire broke out in Krishnai, Goalpara, late at night due to a short circuit, completely destroying three shops on Tuesday, January 14.

The incident occurred around 11 pm under the Assam-Meghalaya border in Ghoraputa, Nalbari. No injuries were reported in the incident.
Speaking to G Plus, an official from Krishnai Police Station stated, “The fire started around 11 pm near the Assam-Meghalaya border due to a short circuit and destroyed three shops.”
