GUWAHATI: Spain won over France 2-1 in the semifinals on Wednesday, July 10 reaching the finals of the Euro 2024.

Lamine Yamal’s stunning finish from outside the box and a Jules Kounde own goal originally shot by Dani Olmo helped Spain comeback into the game after Kolo Muani opened the scoring for France early in the first half of their Euro 2024 semifinal.
The scoreline would stay the same post-final whistle with Spain holding on to the slender lead as France were dumped out of the tournament as Kylian Mbappe’s quest for a Euro title continues. Spain will now await the winner of Netherlands vs England to find out their opponents in the summit clash on July 15. The second semifinal of the Netherlands vs England will be played on July 11.
