GUWAHATI: Assam is facing the worst floods in years with lakhs of people affected.
With generosity pouring in from different parts of the country, YouTube stars and internet sensations have appealed to citizens to come forward and help the flood victims in Assam.

The YouTube sensation Ajey Nagar a.k.a CarryMinati successfully raised over Rs 10 lakhs to which he will personally add 1 lakh rupees for flood victims in Assam and Bihar.
Assam’s Dimpu Baruah, the renowned YouTuber, has also raised Rs 43,000 which he plans to divide among 43 homeless flood victims.
Stand up comedian Abhineet Mishra was also among internet stars to have raised funds for Assam floods.
The comedian who has been vocal about issues plaguing the northeast has raised over Rs 6 lakhs through a charity fundraiser - Milaap which will go to RIHAA, an NGO in Dhemaji, working with students of TISS to help flood victims.
