GUWAHATI: As per the new guidelines issued by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs that allows the unlocking of the nationwide lockdown, the night curfew system is to be followed nevertheless.
However, the curfew timings will be from 9 pm to 5 am from 8th June onwards.
However, essential services are to be exempted.

Authorities are to take strict action on violators under section 144 of CrPC and ensure strict compliance.
These guidelines have been issued by MHA, Government of India. Assam state government guidelines may differ from the same and are expected to be issued early next week.
