GUWAHATI: 3 more persons who had travelled in the bus from Rajasthan which carried passengers who tested positive for Covid-19 on arrival in Cachar distrist have today tested positive.
With this, the total number of COVID-19 patients in Assam now stands at 56 with 21 active cases, 34 discharged and one death reported.
Earlier on May 6, Faridul Islam, who was travelling from Rajasthan along with 35 adults and seven children, had tested positive.
