GUWAHATI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the results for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) December 2024 session on Thursday, January 9. Candidates who appeared for the exam have been instructed to check their results on the official websites, ctet.nic.in and results.cbse.nic.in, using their roll number.

Candidates can follow these steps to download their results:
1. Visit ctet.nic.in.
2. Click on the "CTET December 2024 Result" link.
3. Enter your roll number and date of birth.
4. Submit the details to view your result.
5. Download and save the result for future reference.
Candidates have also been provided the option to access their digital CTET certificates through the Digilocker platform. By logging in to the Digilocker website or mobile app, they will be able to retrieve and download the certificate.
The CTET December 2024 examination was conducted on December 14, 2024, across 136 cities nationwide. The test was held in two shifts; Paper 2 took place in the morning shift from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, while Paper 1 was conducted in the afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
CTET qualifiers can pursue teaching careers in government and other schools accepting CTET scores. Candidates who clear Paper 1 are eligible to teach classes 1 to 5, while those who qualify in Paper 2 can apply for teaching positions in classes 6 to 8.
