GUWAHATI: Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Mahua Moitra on Wednesday, April 27, said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government will come to an end after the 2024 general election.
TMC MP Mahua Moitra, while attending a joining ceremony of workers and leaders in Guwahati said that the opposition has 150 seats from states like Bihar, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and can possibly defeat the BJP government in 2024, if the opposition can grow a little stronger in the western and northern India.
MP Mahua Moitra also stated that although Assam is a BJP-ruled government, it is actually a government run by former Congress members.
Moitra informed that the TMC will have committees in every district and block of Assam and fight against the ruling BJP Government, according to national daily.
