GUWAHATI: The Assam State Open School (ASOS), under the directive of the Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) has announced the commencement of the online form fill-up process for the Higher Secondary (HS) Level Examination, which will be held in April-May. The portal will be opened from Thursday, April 17, and will remain active until April 30.

The form fill-up link will be available on the official website www.ahsec.assam.gov.in. Accredited Study Centres (ASCs) have been instructed to use the same login credentials used during the admission or registration process to access the portal.
Further directions have been issued for the payment of examination fees, as it must be deposited into the ASOS account through a system-generated challan issued by the respective institutions or study centres. The last date for challan generation and fee payment submission at the bank is May 5.
Only eligible learners may fill up the forms, including those registered under ASOS in the 2023 B-Block, learners with SYC (Subjects Yet to Clear) admitted on or after the 2020 A-Block, and those who enrolled from 2020 A-Block to 2023 B-Block but did not appear for examinations.
Additionally, this will be the final opportunity for candidates seeking to appear under the ‘Part Admission’ category, provided they fall within the five-year admission period.
The authorities have stated that no extension of the form submission deadline will be entertained under any circumstances.
