GUWAHATI: Two shuttlers from Assam will be representing India in the Badminton Asia Team Championships 2024 (Men’s & Women’s) that will be held from February 13 to 18 in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
The list of players was released in a circular put forward by the Badminton Association of India on January 8.
Ashmita Chaliha and Suraj Goala from Assam will get the opportunity to serve India and bring honor to their states.
Below is a list of the whole championship team in addition to that.
Men’s Team: Prannoy HS, Lakshya Sen, Kidambi Srikanth, Chirag Sen, Satwiksairaj Rankireddy, Chirag Shetty, Dhruv Kapila, M R Arjun, and Pruthvi K Roy.
Women’s Team: PV Sindhu, Anmol Kharb, Tanvi Sharma, Treesa Jolly, Gayatri Gopichand, Ashwini Ponnappa, Tanisha Crasto, Priya Devi Konjengbam, and Shruti Mishra
