GUWAHATI: The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) for Class IV Posts confirmed on Monday, December 16, that the provisional answer keys for the Assam Direct Recruitment Exam (ADRE) 2024 have been finalised.

Initially released on 15 November, the answer keys remain unchanged following a thorough review process.
The provisional answer keys were published for two papers: Paper I (HSLC or equivalent level) and Paper II (Read up to Class VIII level). Candidates were invited to challenge the keys between 15 November and 28 November through an online portal. While no objections were received for Paper I, challenges were submitted for four questions in Paper II.
To address these objections, a Committee of Academic Experts was formed under the SLRC’s directive on 19 November. The committee convened to scrutinise the objections and determined that none had sufficient merit. Consequently, all challenges were unanimously rejected.
The commission has announced that the initially released answer keys for both Paper I and Paper II are now final. These will be used to evaluate the performance of candidates and proceed with the recruitment process.
