GUWAHATI: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President, Ranjeet Kumar Dass said that the party should not send Assam Finance Minister, Sarma to national politics.
There have been a few reports that Sarma would contest in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections next year.
Dass publicly appealed to Sarma in a public meeting held in Amingaon in Kamrup district to stay put in state politics for the all-round development of the state and to make it the most developed state in the country.
