GUWAHATI: Additional Director General of Police (Law & Order), GP Singh in a latest tweet, has said that persons wanting to go out of Assam may contact the Deputy Commissioners (DC) of their respective districts.
The DCs have been authorized to issue such passes including return passes for the vehicles that might be used for the travel.
The tweet was marked to the Assam Police, the director general of Assam Police, the chief minister's office and to health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
