Assam gets its first digital village

Chatanguri village of Morigaon district emerged as the first village of Assam to go cashless, and adopt digital payment for every transaction.   In response to the success, Railway Minister of State, Rajen Gohain has announced fund of Rs 1 crore for the development of Chatanguri village.
