GUWAHATI: Arunangshu Bhattacharyya has secured his place in the top 20 list of the National Eligibility-Cum-Entrance Test (NEET).
He received 690 marks out a total of 720 marks and got the 19th position in the All India Rank.
He also topped in the general category in Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIMPER) with 99.99 percentile and secured first place in the overall merit list.

Bhattacharyya will also be representing India in the International Biology Olympiad which will be held in Szeged, Hungary in mid-July this year.
He is the son of Samarjeet Bhattacharyya and Aparajita Bhattacharyya.
