GUWAHATI: In a recent crackdown on narcotics activities, the Nagaon Police carried out two successful anti-narcotics operations resulting in the arrest of three individuals.
The operations led to the seizure of 795 grams of ganja, 15.42 grams of heroin, and 10 vials of undisclosed substances.
The first operation, conducted by OC Juria, resulted in the recovery of 795 grams of suspected ganja. Simultaneously, IC Sibastan's team seized 15.42 grams of heroin and 10 vials containing undisclosed substances.
Taking to X, Nagaon Police stated, “In 2 Anti Narcotics Operation conducted by OC Juria & IC Sibastan led to the recovery of 795 Grams Suspected Ganja,15.42 Grams Heroin and 10 Vials. All 3 accused arrested for further Legal Action. @assampolice @DGPAssamPolice @gpsinghips @d_mukherjee_IPS @diprnagaon”
All three accused individuals were apprehended during these operations and have been taken into custody for further legal proceedings.
