GUWAHATI: The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) Combined Competitive (Prelim) Examination, 2023 has been rescheduled to March 18, 2024 (Monday) instead of March 17, 2024 (Sunday), as per the earlier notification on February 16.

This comes from an official order issued by APSC on February 22.

The notice read, “In cancellation of this office earlier notification No. 24PSC/E-11/2023-24 dated 16th February/2024 this is for information to all concerned that the Combined Competitive (Prelim) Examination, 2023 is rescheduled on 18th March 2024 (Monday) instead of 17th March 2024 (Sunday).”
The date has reportedly been changed as SET 2024 dates were clashing with APSC CCE 2023. Candidates investing substantial time, effort, and resources in preparing for both examinations faced uncertainty and potential setbacks due to scheduling conflicts.
