GUWAHATI: In a recent development, the Azara Police Station has made a breakthrough and apprehended an individual who has allegedly been involved in bike theft, in connection with case no. 203/2023/s 379 IPC.
The individual has been identified as Hemanta Kumar, residing in Gargara, Hirapara under Kamrup(M) in Assam.
Kumar will be presented before the Court with a request for police remand.
It's to be noted that the accused has been involved in two previous cases related to crimes against property, resulting in charge sheets being filed against him.
