GUWAHATI: State health and family welfare minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Friday March 20, that all exams in the state stand postponed till March 31 to contain the coronavirus spread in Assam and to ensure social distancing.
These will include all Board examinations, examinations of all government and private schools as well as examinations of all state universities stand cancelled till March 31, said the minister in a press meet on March 20.
He also mentioned that no positive cases of Coronavirus have been detected in Assam so far.
