GUWAHATI: A total of 3,29,901 students appeared for the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) Final Year Examination, 2023, out of which an impressive 2,39,831 students successfully passed.
The overall pass percentages for different streams were as follows:
Arts - 70.12%,
Science - 84.96%,
Commerce - 79.57%, and
Vocational - 85.61%
Among the districts of Assam, West Karbi Anglong emerged as the top performer in Commerce, attaining an exceptional pass percentage of 97.18%.
Dhemaji took the lead in the Arts stream, with a commendable pass percentage of 90.74%.
Baksa stood out in the Science stream, achieving an impressive pass percentage of 95.69%.
Meanwhile, in the Arts stream, Kamrup Metro students secured a pass percentage of 73.83%.

In Commerce, the district displayed a pass percentage of 85.59% and in the Science stream, Kamrup Metro students achieved an impressive pass percentage of 83.45%.
The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) 2023 results were announced today, June 6, 2023, at 9 AM.
