GUWAHATI: The protests organised by the All Assam Students Union (AASU) opposing the CAA to be held on March 6 have been postponed to March 7, across all districts in Assam.

The state-wide protests that were supposed to be held by AASU have been postponed across all districts, due to a clash with ongoing examinations. The bike rallies which were supposed to be held have been postponed accordingly.

Talking to GPlus, the AASU President said, “We have postponed our protest earlier kept for tomorrow to the day after tomorrow. This is especially the bike rallies and this has been done keeping in mind the HS examinations across the state. Other than that it will proceed as usual.”
