GUWAHATI: Two earthquakes of magnitude 7.2 and 7.0 occurred in the Sagaing area of Myanmar on Friday, March 28.

The first quake of 7.2 hit the region at 11:50:52 at 21.93 N latitude and longitude of 96.07 E with a depth of 10 Km.
The second earthquake of 7.0 magnitude occurred shortly afterwards at 12:02:07 IST at 21.41 N latitude and 95.43 E longitude with a depth of 10 Km.
Tremors have been felt over the entire Northeast India, along with Guwahati and other parts of Assam, too.
