GUWAHATI: In a recent administrative reshuffle, the Government of Assam has issued orders for the transfer and posting of several senior IAS and ACS officers.

Following is the entire list of the transfers and postings:
1. J. Keerthi, IAS (RR-2013), previously serving as District Commissioner, Kamrup, and CEO of Guwahati Biotech Park and Assam Biotechnology Council, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development, Assam. She will also take additional charge as MD, Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin).
2. Rohan Kumar Jha, IAS (RR-2015), formerly District Commissioner of Cachar, has been transferred to serve as District Commissioner, Barpeta.
3. Aayush Garg, IAS (RR-2016), District Commissioner, Barpeta, has been transferred and posted as District Commissioner, Sivasagar.
4. P. Uday Praveen, IAS (RR-2016), District Commissioner, Golaghat, has been moved to serve as Additional Secretary to the Government of Assam, Industries, Commerce & Public Enterprises Department.
5. Mridul Yadav, IAS (RR-2017), previously District Commissioner, Karimganj, has been transferred and posted as District Commissioner, Cachar.
6. Aditya Vikram Yadav, IAS (RR-2018), District Commissioner, Sivasagar, has been transferred to the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Dispur as Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam.
7. Masanda Magdalin Pertin, IAS (RR-2018), currently Joint Secretary, Panchayat & Rural Development, and MD, ASRLM, has been posted as District Commissioner, Kokrajhar, with additional roles including Director of Training at Bodoland Administrative Staff College, Kokrajhar, and Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Region.
8. Javir Rahal Suresh, IAS (RR-2018), previously serving as District Commissioner, Udalguri, has been transferred to serve as District Commissioner, Dhemaji.
9. Pradeep Kumar Dwivedi, IAS (RR-2019), District Commissioner, Kokrajhar, has been posted as District Commissioner, Karimganj.
10. Jay Shivani, IAS (RR-2019), Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development, has been transferred to serve as District Commissioner, Jorhat.
11. Neha Yadav, IAS (RR-2019), previously District Commissioner of Biswanath, has been posted as District Commissioner, Charaideo.
12. Gayatri Devidas Hyalinge, IAS (RR-2019), serving as District Commissioner, Lakhimpur, has been transferred as Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam, Finance Department.
13. Deba Kumar Mishra, ACS (DR-93), has been transferred from his role as District Commissioner of Sonitpur to serve as District Commissioner, Kamrup, and as CEO of Guwahati Biotech Park and Assam Biotechnology Council.
14. Cauvery Borkakati Sarma, ACS (DR-95), District Commissioner, Majuli, has been moved to the post of Additional Secretary to the Government of Assam, Soil Conservation Department, with additional charge as CEO, SLNA.
15. Gautam Das, ACS (DR-95), previously Additional Secretary, Chief Minister’s Secretariat, has been promoted to District Commissioner, Baksa, to take over after the retirement of Krishna Barua, ACS (DR-92).
16. Bidyut Bikash Bhagawati, ACS (DR-95), District Commissioner, Tamulpur, has been posted as District Commissioner, Hojai.
17. Ratul Chandra Pathak, ACS (DR-97), Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam, Food & Public Distribution, has been transferred as District Commissioner, Majuli.
18. Pulak Mahanta, ACS (DR-97), District Commissioner, Jorhat, has been posted as District Commissioner, Golaghat.
19. Nibedan Das Patwary, ACS (DR-97), District Commissioner, Charaideo, has been transferred to the role of Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam, Panchayat & Rural Development with additional charge as MD, ASRLM.
20. Munindra Nath Ngatey, ACS (DR-97), District Commissioner, Darrang, has been posted as District Commissioner, Biswanath.
21. Parag Kumar Kakaty, ACS (DR-99), CEO of Zilla Parishad, Golaghat, has been transferred as District Commissioner, Darrang.
22. Pulak Patgiri, ACS (DR-99), Joint Secretary, School Education Department, and Secretary of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, has been posted as District Commissioner, Udalguri.
23. Ankur Bharali, ACS (DR-99), District Commissioner, Dhemaji, has been posted as District Commissioner, Sonitpur.
24. Lachit Kumar Das, ACS (DR-99), District Commissioner, Hojai, has been transferred as District Commissioner, Lakhimpur.
25. Pallab Mazumdar, ACS (DR-02), District Development Commissioner, Dhubri, has been transferred to Chief Minister's Secretariat as Joint Secretary.
26. Pankaj Chakravarty, ACS (DR-02), Joint Secretary, Indigenous Tribal Faith and Culture Department, has been posted as District Commissioner, Tamulpur.
Other notable transfers include Anand Malhotra, IAS (RR-2022), appointed as Sub-Divisional Officer, Jonai, and Shantanu Gogoi, ACS (DR-2016), who has been posted as Additional District Commissioner, Sivasagar.
