During the episode, Allahbadia stunned audiences with a series of explicit remarks, including a question about a contestant’s genital size and an indecent offer of ₹2 crore for a lewd act. He also referenced a controversial question from a recent YouTube show, asking: “Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life, or join in once to stop it forever?”

The remarks sparked immediate outrage on social media, prompting Allahbadia to issue a public apology. “My comment wasn’t just inappropriate—it wasn’t even funny. Comedy is not my forte. I am just here to say sorry,” he stated.

The 31-year-old admitted to a “lapse in judgment” and stressed that this was not how he wished to use his platform. “Many of you asked if this is how I wish to use my platform, and obviously, this is not how I wish to use it. I’m not going to give any context, justification, or reasoning behind whatever happened. I am just here for an apology.”

Allahbadia further assured his audience that he was taking steps to rectify the situation, stating that he had requested the video’s makers to remove the insensitive segments. “The podcast is watched by people of all ages, and I don’t want to be the kind of person who takes that responsibility lightly. Family is the last thing I would ever disrespect,” he added.

Concluding his apology, he expressed remorse: “All I can say in the end is sorry. I hope you can forgive me as a human being.”

Meanwhile, a formal complaint has been filed against Allahbadia, social media influencer Apoorva Makhija, comedian Samay Raina, and the organisers of India’s Got Latent over the offensive content in the episode.
