GUWAHATI: Chaos reigns supreme on the road in front of Guwahati Police Reserve as commuters are frustrated at the never-ending congestion.
The congestion can be attributed to a host of police vehicles, lined along both sides of the road, thereby narrowing the road’s width for other vehicles to pass through.
